Agreement to Terms

By signing in to Avron, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our service. Violators will be suspended.

Workspace Ownership

You are only allowed to create a workspace for a private server you own, or one you have written permission from the owner for at any time.

If asked, you must be able to provide proof of that written permission within 48 hours.

Staff & Configuration Responsibility

As the workspace creator, you are responsible for everything your staff does.

Your configuration is your responsibility

If you make a department with dangerous permissions, we are not liable for any messed up configurations.

Bot Misuse

Bot misuse is prohibited.

You own what you create

You are responsible for custom commands, moderation rules, announcements, and other behavior you create.

We do not vet your setup

Avron does not review, pre-approve, or endorse server-specific configuration.

Prohibited Content

Zero tolerance for CSAM content

Avron scans every payload from our bot to your server, server to bot, website to servers, servers to website, everything. If it is flagged, we have the right to suspend your account while we investigate.

All images and videos are subject to review. Any image or video you upload to Avron, or link from a knowledge base article, documentation page, application, or anywhere else in the service, may be viewed and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team at any time, with or without notice.

Uploads are not private

Media stored on our infrastructure or referenced by a link you provide can be opened and inspected by staff as part of routine safety review.

Media can be removed

We may flag, withhold, or delete any image or video that breaches these terms, and suspend the workspace responsible while we investigate.

Do not upload unlawful media

This includes CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence, and any media you do not hold the rights to use.

Acceptable Use

Do not harass anyone

Do not use the service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm anyone.

Do not attack the service

Do not attempt to break in, run unauthorized scripts, or introduce malware. Any detections will result in permanent suspension.

Application forms have limits

Application forms must not ask for government IDs, full home addresses, passwords, and similar. Doing so will result in suspension.

ER:LC API Key

Your ER:LC API key is stored only to fetch server information and send in-game commands, based on what you have enabled in your server settings.

We are not endorsed by Roblox, PRC, or the ER:LC developers.

Subscriptions & Payments

We use Stripe as our payment processor. You agree to Stripe's terms before completing a payment.

If you have an active subscription, we will automatically bill you monthly. You can cancel at any time in the My Account tab on your dashboard.

We may change the price with at least 14 days' notice by email, dashboard notification, and a direct message. Continued use of the service means you accept the new pricing.

Refunds & Credits

We do not offer refunds. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis that we can decide or alter at any time, but for the most part we never do refunds.

We may issue refunds if we have "significant downtime", defined as 24 hours or more of downtime caused solely by Avron's own infrastructure, confirmed by us in writing. We will then issue account credit, not a cash refund.

Chargebacks are prohibited

You will be suspended instantly.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uptime.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend your account at any time

We reserve the right to suspend your Avron account access AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT REASON, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. If you are terminated, you do not get a refund.

If you are suspended, your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of the billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

We own everything.

The platform was built with AI assistive technologies like Claude Opus. Our code has been thoroughly reviewed, and your data is safe. AI assistance was used mostly for website design, not backend coding.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time.
