Overview

Avron ("we", "our", or "us") is a private server management dashboard for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC). By accessing or using Avron, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Data We Collect

Discord OAuth
When you sign in, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address from Discord's OAuth2 API.
Server data
We store your ER:LC server key (encrypted at rest), server settings, staff configurations, and automation preferences.
Activity logs
Staff session times, in-game command logs, and event timestamps are stored to power the dashboard's reporting features.
Usage data
We may collect anonymous usage metrics (page views, feature interactions) to improve the product. No personal identifiers are attached.

How We Use Your Data

Service operation
To authenticate you, display your dashboard, and execute automations on your ER:LC server.
Communication
To send important account or service updates. We do not send marketing emails.
Security
To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect the integrity of the platform.
Improvement
Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve features and reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances: • With service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., database hosting), under strict confidentiality agreements. • If required by law, court order, or governmental authority. • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Avron, our users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.

Third-Party Services

Avron integrates with the following third-party services: • Discord, for authentication and bot integrations. Governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. • Roblox / ER:LC PRC API, for server management. Governed by Roblox's Terms of Service. • Supabase, for data storage. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy. • Stripe, for payment processing. When you subscribe, payment data is handled by Stripe, Inc. and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Your Rights

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your account and associated data. • Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the service. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Discord server.

Cookies & Tracking

Avron uses browser localStorage (not traditional HTTP cookies) to store your authentication token. This is strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled without breaking authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. We do not track you across other websites. Any usage data we collect (see "Data We Collect") is limited to what is necessary to operate and improve the service and does not involve third-party trackers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
